How to dress fuss free during Monsoon?

Street side shopping matters

This thought came to me when I was fully drenched last Friday evening and next day I have to step out for shopping and I couldn’t back off as it was a promise and planned outing. As usual, shopping was street shopping . If it could have been indoors I don’t even have to force myself. I could have easily got into some comforts and rescue myself.

Since this was an street shopping, it really made me think what to wear which is fuss-free and doesn’t impact my health. Who wants to be away from Monday morning desk ? 🙂

Usually trick which I do is that I run through all apparels in closet and pick a handful of options ( top, bottom wear, outerwear so that you can do some layering) .In monsoon, layering works and I prefer material which can easily dry, dark in color ( avoid any lighter color).

I saw crop top but since I love experimenting and hate same look, I tried knotting it. You should always wear clothes which defines you and your age because clothes define your personality.  I picked up dhoti pants which was made of lighter material. Since I don’t show up I was uncomfortable with the gap. I tried layering with button up dress as it added color to the whole outfit. Sandals and some junk accessories made my mood wow.

Nothing matters more than your happiness..

Final look is here :

Crop Top – H&M

Dhoti Pants – Jabong

Dress- Westside

Accessories – Accessorize
